This weekend, GASP has two great events lined up for you. Saturday, October 6, is the South Side Slopes StepTrek 2012.  Pittsburgh has the most public steps of any city in the nation, and the Slopes has the most of any Pittsburgh neighborhood.  Come see what’s at the tops of the hills and in the bottom of the valleys, in the company of hundreds of other curious StepTrekkers. Shorts and T-shirt weather is (almost) here! And Athletes United is kicking off the warm weather with the first of three hikes in our Side Street Strolls series, a partnership with Venture Outdoors. The first hike will explore the South Side Flats on April 9th, from 1 to 5 PM. This will be a leisurely hike, with plenty of stops at hidden gems tucked in the back alleys of this historic neighborhood. The itinerary includes stops at the CCI Center, Green Building Alliance, Olive
