About the event

At this event, organizers will share findings from the Health and High Water study (lead by RAND and the University of Pittsburgh – Haig lab and Pittsburgh water Collaboratory) which examined how basement wetness, radon, and indoor air quality affect the health and housing of residents in Homewood and the Hill District.

The evening will also feature performances, art, and other contributions co-led by youth participating in the Homewood Children's Village Science Genius program. We'll connect attendees with practical resources and local organizations working on home repair, flood mitigation, indoor air quality, and other environmental health issues through a small resource fair.
