Our friends over at Moms Clean Air Force invite you for a casual virtual conversation about important climate issues. Our Coffee & Climate Conversations are an opportunity speak directly with experts and meet other Moms Clean Air Force volunteers from across the country. Everyone is welcome.

During its August Coffee & Climate Conversation, participants will hear from Almeta E. Cooper, who lends her expertise in health equity and environmental justice to all aspects of Moms Clean Air Force work, with a special focus on the Community Health Equity program. Her work on clean air and climate justice issues for Moms Clean Air Force is a natural progression of her 30-year career as an executive, attorney, and advocate for organizations focused on health care, health equity, and women and girls.

Almeta will provide immediate, tangible ways to take action to support environmental justice and clean air, and we’ll leave plenty of time for discussion and Q&A.
