About the event
The Allegheny County Board of Health will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 at:

The board will take testimony on the proposed addition of Section 2109.07, “Penalties, Fines, and Interest,” of Allegheny County Health Department Article XXI, and corresponding County Ordinance 16782.
The revisions to §§2109.07 and 2109.09 will be submitted as a revision to the Allegheny County Health Department’s partial operating permit program pursuant to 40 CFR Part 70.

People wishing to present testimony at the hearing must register using ACHD’s Public Hearing Participation Form or by calling 412-578-8103. You must register no less than 24 hours in advance of the hearing and testimony is limited to three minutes.
