Gifts can be made in various ways. Careful planning will assure that both you and GASP will receive maximum benefits.

Gifts of Cash
This is the easiest way to contribute to GASP. This gift can be immediately used for current needs or a designated purpose. Gifts can be made through cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard. Automatic monthly giving is now available -- your gift can be deducted directly from your checking account of charged to your Visa/Mastercard. An easy, hassle-free way to support GASP year-round. Gifts of Legacy
By remembering GASP in your will, you are ensuring our future work for clean air. There are many different ways to make a bequest to GASP in your will.

Gifts of Appreciated Property
Stocks, bonds or mutual funds make excellent gifts. Gifts of appreciated securities have the advantage of capturing the appreciation with no capital gains tax being paid by the donor. You will be entitled to a federal income tax charitable deduction for the fair market value of the securities on the date of the gift. A bank can provide you with this service.

Gifts in Honor of a Loved One
You can pay special tribute to a loved one by making a charitable gift to GASP.

Gifts of Life Insurance
These can be made in different ways:

Designating GASP as the owner and beneficiary of an existing life insurance policy
Buying a new policy and designating GASP as owner and beneficiary
Adding GASP as a charitable beneficiary to an existing policy

Life Income Gifts
You may make a gift in the form of a charitable remainder trust or charitable gift annuities. These gifts retain an income for your or others and provide substantial tax advantages.
